Nigel ensures successful product deliver and follow-up by partnering with
the customer and NHL departments (including marketing, supply chain, quality,
engineering, and production). His focus is to improve customer satifaction
through continuous improvement and a regular interface and technical oversignt
to maintain integrity and quality of company products. A significant accomplishment for Nigel includes leading the tendering process for Newman Hattersley's Wolsong Project where he was instrumental in enabling Newman Hattersley to break into new product streams including nuclear ball and butterfly valves, sightflow indicators and pressure reducing devices. In his spare time, Nigel enjoys spending time sailing with his wife, son and daughter. He also has a love for the outdoors enjoying any opporutnity to hike, garden or simply relax outside. |

| Laura
has been with NHL for almost 8 years – originally hired as a receptionist..she
has moved into Contract Administration for approx. 3 years to learn that
side of the business. In October 2005 she was offered the opportunity
to be Lorraine’s executive assistant. Her role has expanded on a
corporate level. She is currently also the signing officer for the company
and has taken on HR responsibilities. Laura enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends. |

generating new business opportunities. Responsible for representing Newman Hattersley at trade shows and conferences worldwide.
